What is something guests would never realize happens behind the scenes?

Most guests never see the controlled chaos that happens before an event begins, the rapid problem solving, the last minute adjustments, and the way every team member communicates almost wordlessly to keep the experience seamless. What looks effortless on the surface is actually a well orchestrated dance happening behind the curtain.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

I love being the calm in the storm. Events can be unpredictable, but guiding a team through challenges and watching everything come together is incredibly rewarding. My faith keeps me grounded, and I try to bring that same sense of steadiness and encouragement to the people around me. Seeing guests enjoy something we built from the ground up never loses its impact.

What is the largest event you have helped produce?

I had the privilege of serving as a lead on the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships 2015 in Beaver Creek, an experience that stands as a defining moment in my career. Our mobile kitchen sat at an elevation of 8,000 feet with pristine views, and this world class event brought unique logistical challenges that pushed our team to perform at the highest level. Over the course of one week we successfully served tens of thousands of guests within two VIP portable heated structures, coordinating alongside a team of over 120 dedicated crew members. Watching thousands of moving parts come together seamlessly reinforced my passion for operations, teamwork, and high level execution. It truly was an event of a lifetime.

What core value represents you the most?

Integrity. My faith teaches me to lead with honesty, humility, and consistency. I believe in doing things the right way, even when no one is watching. In this industry, trust is everything, with clients, with teammates, and with partners.
