In 2011, Chef Patrick acquired a catering company that had been serving Colorado since 1998, operating out of the back hallway of an Italian deli. A small staff. Few systems. And a lot of room to build something better.
He got to work.
Twenty-eight years later, Rocky Mountain Catering & Events operates out of a 15,000 square foot production facility with a professional team that delivers restaurant-quality food and expert-level service — consistently, at scale, without drama. Every event we touch is backed by the kind of execution that only comes from building something from the ground up and refusing to cut corners along the way.
Along the way, we kept adding to what we could offer. Today that means catering, bar service, floral, wedding cakes, and rentals all under one roof. Fewer vendors to manage. Fewer handoffs to worry about. A more connected planning experience from start to finish.

We work directly with Colorado based Aspen Ridge Natural Beef, Niman Ranch, and local farmers markets. The result is food that is fresher, more flavorful, and more responsible.
