Placing Your Order

Please place your order at least 3 days before the date of your function. Orders placed with less than 3 days notice will be accepted on a limited basis and are subject to availability. The minimum order for drop off delivery is $350 in food and beverage. All orders are subject to sales tax and delivery charge.

Fully Staffed Buffets

Ordering buffet menu items requires a 20 person minimum. Events will be set up, served, and cleaned by our professional staff. An event production fee of 24% will apply. Additional fees may apply depending on the scope of the event. Professional service staff quantity is based on your guest count.

Changing Your Order

Increases and Decreases require 48 hours notice. Increases or decreases not made prior to 48 hours before the event may be subject to menu minimums or rush fees. We will always try to accommodate your last minute additions, however due to purchasing and production schedules we may not always be able to accommodate.

Cancellation of orders requires 48 hours notice. Orders canceled with 48 or more hours notice will have no additional charge. Orders canceled within 24 to 48 hours notice will have a 50% charge, and orders canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount.

Delivery Details

We recommend scheduling your delivery at least 30 minutes prior to the time you would like to serve. Please factor in the time it takes to access the location of your event and the time it will take our on site service representative to set up your order. Delivery fees start at $75. Standard delivery times are from 7am to 5:30pm when delivered within 15 miles of our Englewood location. For deliveries outside these times or further than 15 miles you can get a quote from your coordinator. All delivery and pickup times must fall within stated office hours. Any delivery or pickup outside of normal office hours or a second pickup may incur additional fees.
