What does great culture look like to you and how do you build it?
Great culture is when people genuinely want to be here, support each other, and take pride in what they do. It is built through clear expectations, consistent accountability, and investing in people so they feel valued, challenged, and part of something bigger.
What is one thing you believe every employee deserves from their workplace?
Clarity. People deserve to know what is expected of them, how they can grow, and that their work matters. When that is clear, everything else gets better.
What do you focus on first when developing a high performing team?
Structure and standards. When everyone understands the level we expect and has the tools to reach it, performance follows.
