Mountain Elegance in Larkspur, Colorado
Tessa and Brandon’s wedding reception at Spruce Mountain Ranch’s Albert’s Lodge was the perfect blend of rustic charm and refined elegance. Set against the rugged beauty of the Colorado foothills, the event embraced the natural surroundings with a mountain-lodge warmth that felt both elevated and inviting. Candlelight flickered across tables showcasing an elegant display of blush and white florals accented with greenery, elegant glass chargers rimmed in gold and classic chivari chairs adding a polished touch to the guest tables. The soft glow of the Albert’s Lodge fireplace created a romantic ambiance throughout the evening.
The Menu
Guests were welcomed with passed hors d’oeuvres including bacon-wrapped stuffed dates, spicy tuna on crispy rice, and a curated spread of domestic and imported cheeses with pretzel breads and sausages. For dinner, the couple chose a thoughtfully crafted menu featuring a winter salad, a seasonal vegetable medley, and rosemary goat cheese mashed potatoes. Entrée options included petite beef tenderloin with red wine bordelaise, Alamosa striped bass, and a vegetarian favorite—stuffed poblano with curried carrot sauce.
A beautiful tiered white cake adorned with fresh white florals provided a sweet finish to a timeless celebration.
