Jackie joined the events industry in August 2025, bringing a fresh perspective fueled by her background as a student at the University of Colorado's Leeds School of Business. What she loves most about this industry is the fast paced energy and the unique challenge of turning a vision into a tangible, memorable reality. When she is not coordinating logistics for RMC, you can find her embracing the Colorado outdoors, whether snowboarding, hiking, or enjoying any and all water sports on the lake.

What is the most important detail when coordinating an event?
Communication and timing. An event has a thousand moving parts, but if the lines of communication are open and the timeline is solid, everything else falls into place perfectly.
What do you enjoy most about working with the RMC team?
The people, without a doubt. There is a specific kind of magic that happens when you work with a team that is as passionate and driven as the one here at Rocky Mountain Catering.
What detail do you always double check before an event?
The floor plan and the final guest count. These are the foundations of the service flow. If the layout is right and the numbers are accurate, the guest experience will be seamless.

Integrity. In the events world, your word is everything. I believe in being transparent with clients and teammates alike to ensure we are always delivering exactly what we promised.
