What would your work nickname be?

The Pit Bull, it has to be because of my “sweet” disposition, right?

Where were you born and raised? If not Colorado, what brought you here?

I was born and raised in Council Bluffs, Iowa. I came for a boy, and stayed for the big city atmosphere, the 300 days of sunshine, and those amazing mountain views.

When did you join Rocky Mountain Catering & Events, and in what position did you start?

I joined RMC&E on April 1st, 2019…April Fools! But really! I came on board as their DOS after many years in the event and catering industry.

What is the favorite part of your job?

Where do I start? I enjoy growing energetic teams that love this crazy, but rewarding career. Building our venue partnerships and creating long-term relationships with amazing Colorado vendors.

What inspires you?

Happy clients, happy team, happy owner! Pulling off a career “hat trick” makes it all worthwhile.

When not at work, what are you doing?

Spending time with my children and cooking for them…that time around the table is priceless to me. I have a “no-phone” policy at the table. Bring on the reminiscing and laughter!

What is your favorite food? Why?

Pasta, pasta and more pasta! The layering of flavors and spices is something I have always loved. All of my “world famous” recipes at home are pasta! It is such an amazing comfort food that brings back such amazing memories.
