Where were you born and raised? If not Colorado, what brought you here?
Long story short, I was in a military family. I was born in Philadelphia, lived partly in Japan, raised slightly in Indiana, but raised mostly in Georgia. Moving is “in my blood.” I moved to Colorado in 2023 for a new environment and new experience.
When did you join Rocky Mountain Catering & Events, and in what position did you start?
When I moved to Colorado in 2023, I started and remain the Operations Manager today.
What inspires you?
My faith, family, and meaningful connections.
When not at work, what are you doing?
When not at work; I truly enjoy relaxing, taking care of my well-being, and you may catch me at coffee shops.
What is your favorite food? RMC Food?
My favorite food is Sushi! My favorite RMC+E food is the House Cured Trout with Potato Chips, Vodka Creme Fraiche and Caviar.
