What's Your Service Style?

Every RMC wedding is fully customizable. Your Event Designer will guide you from start to finish.

Plated

Timeless and elegant. Courses delivered tableside by our service team. Ideal for a formal, elevated atmosphere.

Buffet

Relaxed and approachable. Guests serve themselves from beautifully arranged displays. Great for a hybrid approach.

Stations

Interactive and social. Guests move between themed stations. We recommend a minimum of three to four stations.

Family Style

Communal and warm. Bowls and platters placed at the table for sharing. Perfect for salad, pasta, and entrée courses.
